So it's that time, I've gotten back from my trips and now I've got time to post up some of these WIPs images that I've been talking about.

Since Lan Fan had a lot of little stuff going on, I figured I'd break it down into smaller sections to make it more manageable. I also figured that posting up all of these WIP images will help when I post the Sintra tutorial that I'm still writing /sigh.

How do you secure on the shoulder and arm? I'm not sure how to stop it from slipping off.

I used some elastic straps and velcro.

Coolio. I also noticed that your appear to have the blade in the first few pictures, but not in the final product. Was there trouble getting it onto the final arm, or did you just decide not to use it?

I decided against including it, because the way I made it, it would have been too easy to break, and I would have been poking people too easily.

If I planned on wearing it for a non-convention photoshoot, i would probably include the blade.
